Does any one else feel a little overwhelmed this time of year? The beginning of school is supposed to be a reset, where we let go of lazy summer days and get our act together, right? Not over here. We started cheerleading and piano with the new school year and everything else (except school, of course) has taken a back seat. That includes healthy eating. It's been hard for me to jump back into cooking every night and avoiding take out on the regular. Whole 30 update + giveaway!!
I can't believe it's the end of the month! My mom started Whole 30 with me on Monday, seriously it only took me 2.5 years to convince her that it's legit. And spoiler alert: she's already feeling better and sleeping better after just a week. Whole 30 is the real deal, and I can't say enough about how it has changed my life and the way I view food and eating. Like many people starting the Whole 30, my mom was overwhelmed by the program.
