Greek Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
  • 9 oz bag baked whole wheat pita chips
  • 10 oz container hummus
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups shredded deli-roasted chicken
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced kalamata olives
  • ½ cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Arrange pita chips on a serving platter; top with
  2. hummus, lettuce, chicken tomatoes, olives, and
  3. feta cheese. Whisk together oregano, oil, and
  4. vinegar; drizzle evenly over nachos.
