Whole 30 Cilantro Lime Jalepeno Sauce
- 2 jalapenos, halved and seeded
- 2 cups loosely packed cilantro, no stems
- ½ cup coconut cream
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Add all ingredients except oil and vinegar to a food processor and process until smooth.
- Slowly add in the olive oil and vinegar while the food processor is still running.
- Allow the mixture to emulsify.
- Store extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
