It’s here!! The first day of the LiveWhole365 challenge. I’ve been a little nervous and anxious about the start of this challenge. It’s a huge lifestyle change for me, as I have eaten whenever and whatever I wanted for the past 6 weeks or so. This will be a shock to my system, to say the least.
I found that after posting about Whole30 this week, the main question I kept getting over and over had to do with recipes. So I thought I would compile a list of my favorite recipe resources to help with the meal planning. I’m a firm believer that meal planning and preparation is key!

You can find a million Whole 30 recipes on Pinterest with a quick search! Kristin and I also have a joint LiveWhole365 board where we’ll be pining all of our favorite recipes and recipes we want to try throughout the year!
THREE- Instagram:

FOUR- eMeals:
I have an to the Paleo lunch, breakfast and dinner plan and I get so many fantastic recipes from them! Each week they send a meal plan, and while not all of the recipes are compliant, I just go in each week and find my favorites and save them to the recipe box on the app.
At this point, I have quite a collection of recipes saved in my recipe box that I can choose from each week. It saves me tons of time when planning each week!

I’m excited about this! Our goal is to get and stay healthy this year and while we aren’t doing Whole30 per say, I plan to use Whole30 recipes for inspiration.
