I'm always in awe of your sweet, sweet comments on all my posts, but especially on the ones when I really pour my heart out. Writing is a funny thing. I have journals and journals of writing and I know I've tried a lot of things but writing is my truly my passion. I have journals and journals dating back to elementary school. And believe me, they're just as funny as you're probably thinking they are. Full of short sentences with invented spelling about who my best friend is or which boy I think is cute. Your questions, answered
First, I loved the questions! I've answered them all below...1. I love working again. I've had a smooth transition and I think we've all benefited from the change and the routine we've established. I miss the freedom that being at home brought as far as having a more open schedule, now everything is planned around work hours and I miss BK having all of my time. There was always a feeling or a desire to do something more and I feel like that's been filled with working, I definitely don't miss that feeling. 2. Carpe or Be Carpe-ed
I've had this post stewing in my head for sometime now and I finally got a chance to really sit down and get my thoughts together. It was after I read, Don't Carpe Diem that I knew I had to write this. But understand that this is not a rebuttal or dispute of that article, just my view of those two little words, Carpe Diem. I'm sure you've heard the phrase once or twice. I heard it plenty of times growing up and I probably even put it on my AIM profile under Favorite Quotes when I was 15.
