I haven't been great about doing weekly weight watchers post. The weight continues to come off (not as fast as in the beginning), I'll try to do a catch-up post with that next week and maybe update monthly rather than weekly. One positive thing about Weight Watchers is that we've pretty much overhauled our way of eating around here. It's easy to find things for dinner that are WW friendly because we have lots of healthy fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains on hand. HALO muslin sleepsack swaddle review
We're huge fans of swaddling around here. I attribute it to sound sleep since the startle reflex is still in full affect. Swaddles are even better because they ensure the baby stays swaddled tightly throughout the night. These especially come in handy when you have a newborn who can break out of just about any swaddle. HALO's SleepSack and Swaddles are 100% muslin cotton. Muslin is one of my absolute favorite fabrics, especially for babies. Unlike other fabrics, it gets softer with each wash. making the adjustment
I get a good amount of questions concerning Braylen's adjustment to the new baby. Today, I'm going to share what that adjustment looked like for our family and a few things that worked for us during the transition. Keep in mind, we're still adjusting daily, but at 8 weeks in, things are really starting to feel more like normal. When Judson came home it was a huge adjustment for Braylen. Keep in mind, she had just turned 4 so she was well aware of what was going on around her. Before Judson, she was the only child on my side of the family and (obviously) our only child.
