Last week Allen called to inform me that he had booked us a hotel room in Chattanooga for a few nights. He followed that with, we have until 12:00 on Thursday to cancel. If you don't know, I like schedules and itineraries, I like structure and plans. And well, deciding 72 hours prior to a vacation to actually go on a vacation, isn't really structured in my world. But, Allen is adventurous and certain that he'll bring me (and my Life Planner) to his spontaneous side eventually. While I'm not entirely convinced that I'll ever change my ways that are rooted fairly deeply, I do believe he's doing a fantastic job trying. February Goals
February is going to have a little less pressure than January. We have a fun adventure planned for Allen's birthday this weekend, and I just want to make sure we're really taking time for friends and family, and enjoying these days. This time, I still set monthly, weekly, and daily goals, but only three of each. Making things a little more manageable will help with accomplishing these goals. Monthly: 1. Organize Photos- I'm going to spend this month really focused on getting the 40,000+ photos organized. January Rewind
Is anyone else wondering where in the world January went? I mean seriously! I was probably a little over ambition on my goals, or maybe it was just a crazy month for us, either way, I'll be repeating many of those in February (more on that tomorrow). I saw my talented friend, , create an awesome infographic for her blog, and while I'm not near as talented as Kristin, I decided to make a fun little infographic for our monthly recaps, too!
