Everyone who knows us knows that we are a house divided. In Alabama, that means Allen is a fan of the Auburn Tigers and I am a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Neither of us is willing to compromise and change sides. I will admit that I don’t mind Auburn winning, as long as they aren’t playing Alabama. In order to avoid controversy in our house neither of us say anything awful about the other team, except for one day out of the year, the day of the Iron Bowl. Seriously, it could get ugly. Now that Braylen is here the situation is a little more complicated. Here’s what I mean…
Sidenote: I would LOVE to say she is crying because she has the Auburn bib on, but in all actuality it’s because this was the very last picture I took of the morning and she was so over having her picture taken.
Sweet girl might be a little confused when it comes to which team she should cheer for, and I fully intend on letting her choose when the time comes. The ultimate question here is which will it be? Your guess is as good as mine, but since her daddy plans on taking her to lots Auburn games I think he may already have the upper hand!

This is great! No one out here (Idaho/the West) fully comprehends the magnitude of the rivalry between Alabama and Auburn… I think this post sums it up!
Maybe she’ll grow up to be a Tenn fan? ๐

That’s cute!! I grew up rooting for Auburn and then I moved to Tuscaloosa when I was 19 and converted. I’m a Crimson Tide fan now.
