I’m linking up with Laura for weeks 11 and 12 of Project 365. I’m not sure what happened to my post from last week. It just disappeared and I know it was there because I had comments on it. Oh well, better to just redo it then to complain because it’s obviously not coming back.
Sunday, March 11, Day 71. I can’t help but laugh at this picture. BK hates the sun shining in on her and she says funny things like, “No, sun” “Stop it now sun” and our new favorite “Get offa me sun.”
Monday, March 12, Day 72. We went to see Jenn, Matt and the twins. I told BK about it and the whole way down she talked about seeing the babies, I think she’d make a great big sister. Too bad we don’t plan on finding out for a while.
Tuesday, March 13, Day 73. Allen and a few other guys from church have a little singing group and they’ve recently started going to other churches to sing too. Mainly they just love playing and singing together and usually practice at least one time during the week. This works perfect for us because it means BK and I get to spend the evening with my parents. This Tuesday we stopped by the fire department while they were having their meeting and Chase let her see the firetrucks. She definitely thought she was a big girl when got to sit in one.
Wednesday, March 14, Day 74. Wednesdays are crazy for us, we go to church about 40 minutes away so I have to fix something quick and easy to avoid the fast food trap. This week we had Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese sandwiches and they were a hit.
Thursday, March 15, Day 75. It’s funny having a toddler and there are many times during the day when I smile and say, “Yep, Braylen’s been here.” Today I thought the beloved Keurig was broken until I realized someone must have let BK make their cup of coffee or at least load the k-cup. And two holes in the bottom equals messy grounds in your cup. Oh, and you should probably know that she’s a barista in training, she can make a cup and even knows to wait until the lights tart flashing before she can push the button to brew. All of this under close supervision, of course.
Friday, March 16, Day 76. Allen practiced on Friday niht this week too so went out to eat with my mom and my grandmother for my Aunt Shelia’s birthday. When we dropped Nanny off Bk was pretty excited to see Papaw for a minute.
Saturday, March 17, Day 77. I feel like our week revolved around music. It’s usually ot like this at all but on Saturday Allen had ti take some things back to the music store so BK and I passed the time by making silly faces on my phone. Did I mention how fun she is?
Monday, March 19, Day 79. She loves this tutu (and so do I) that Kat sent her and I obviously love the fact that she wants to play dress up now!
Tuesday, March 20, Day 80. This picture is out of order too! I know, I know such a slacker. But have you seen this on Pinterest? You can put your iPhone in a glass and you don’t even need a speaker. It amplifies the sound and it works perfectly. Genius.
Wednesday, March 21, Day 81. We’re feeling festive and anxiously awaiting Easter.
Thursday, March 22, Day 82. We had dinner with Paige, Jared and Paisley and BK had so much fun playing dress-up with Paisley. At one point, Paisley was hiding >and we asked her what she was doing. She said “Oh, we’re playing hide and seek and it’s Braylen’s turn to count.”
Friday, March 23, Day 83, I had several exciting mail days this week and I have a few giveaways for you coming up from Oreck and The Hair Bow Company!
Saturday, March 24, Day 84. We did a little Spring cleaning and BK entertained herself with this box for the longest time. I love that fun personality and independent streak she has, this age is the best !

Love that last photo of you two! Kirsten also HATES the sun shining on her or in her eyes while we’re in the car, maybe it’s their age? Silly toddlers. ๐
