I didn’t give up on Project 365, I just got really behind and a tiny bit overwhelmed so last week I decided to roll April all into one big Project 365 post. Don’t worry I used collages. I know Project 365 can be a tad bit boring to most, but it’s a great way for me to document our days and something for my memory.
So let’s have a quick recap of nearly the entire month of April, shall we?
Week 14: April 1-7; Days 92-98: BK colored while I worked in the nursery at church Sunday morning; my first workout session and I was more than a little intimidated but it’s safe to say I’ve come a long way so far; the stomach virus hit and BK was pretending to sleep on the couch; shrimp and grits, need I say more?; a big ol’ box of bows from PolkaDot Posies; date night at the Melting Pot; church Easter egg hunt at the river.
Week 15: April 8-14; Days 99-105. Easter basket opening on Easter morning; side walk chalk playing on the porch; Orajel Naturals to the rescue for pesky molars; Coffee on the beloved EC LifePlanner; a workout session with Leah; BK wakes up to balloons on her birthday; a tired little girl on the ride home from her birthday party.
Week 16: April 15-21: Days 106-112. Blowing out her candles for the second day in a row at a family birthday party; BK in her Haute Smocks dress for a blog post photo shoot; lunch; BK playing dress-up for an upcoming post in a cute tutu from The Hair Bow Company; lunch; Fiesta-Stuffed potatoes for dinner; a movie night with mommy and daddy.
Week 17: April 22-28: Days 113-119. Testing out the Oreo dessert while wearing her favorite necklace; BK thought I was on television and was pretty confused by the whole situation; we visited with Jenn and the twins; it’s nice to have a husband who will text you back a bible verse to help your day get better; we made an offer this house, they countered and we accepted. We still have a lot of technical details (inspections and other little things) but until something changes I’m staying positive and shooting for a closing date around the end of May; Chase and Haley got engaged (I promise, I’ll share more later) and we had dinner to celebrate; a little Sunday morning reading and catching up on my Cooking Light magazines while BK played with the sidewalk chalk.
So there it is. I’m all caught up on Project 365 for the past few weeks. I’m linking up with Laura once again!
