There are so many things I love about this approach. Let’s talk about the three “open” meals. These three meals are included as part of an 85-15 rule. 15% or three meals can break the rules of the Paleo diet. With that being said you still have to be smart about it. For example, one of our open meals this week was Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken from Skinny Taste. It included things like bread crumbs and cream cheese which ultimately break the rules of the diet. However, it’s still a healthy alternative to our Paleo-style dinners.
We both weighed on Monday before the Entry Level. I’m not getting on the scale again until the end of this first level. But Allen weighed this morning and was down 7 pounds since Monday. Crazy, right?

I really love Paleo – M and I are following a different book but have done it since the new year. I have probably lost about 10-15 pounds since New Years!
