I've had the cutest DIY flower box sitting on my dining room table for over a year now. Every time I look at it I make a mental note to blog about the process. Well, the day has finally come. With Allen's help, I'm going to show you how to make this quick and easy centerpiece for your table. Here's what you'll need: 6' oak 1x4 (cut into 2- 24" pieces and 2- 4" pieces) 24"x5" piece of luan (for bottom) wood stain wood glue sponge to apply the stain finishing nails Cut your wood pieces to size. ONE: We had a packed weekend! A gender reveal, birthday party, lunch after church on Sunday, a few dates with the barre, and dinner with our neighbors. I love a good weekend of fun. But, this weekend I'm making an executive decision to take it down a few notches. TWO: We zoomed through The Good Wife and Friday Night Lights thanks to Amazon Prime and Amazon Fire TV, we've moved on to Parenthood. We're taking this series a little slower, I can't quite hang with the late nights these days. THREE: BK started swim lessons last week.
