I didn't give up on Project 365, I just got really behind and a tiny bit overwhelmed so last week I decided to roll April all into one big Project 365 post. Don't worry I used collages. I know Project 365 can be a tad bit boring to most, but it's a great way for me to document our days and something for my memory. saturday splurge, symphony brownies
It's Saturday and Allen's helping his grandparents fix their porch, BK and I are about to head out to play with side walk chalk. Actually, I have a Southern Living and two Cooking Light's to read so I'll probably do some reading while she plays. I hope you see the humor in the fact that I've posted about being healthy several times lately and now I'm about to unload some calorie-filled goodness on you in the form of brownies. To be fair, I only made these to take to church last weekend. And of course they were all eaten so I had none to bring home. the aquarium through her eyes
A few weeks ago during Spring break we made the two-hour drive to Atlanta to visit the Georgia Aaquarium. Allen and I are big kids at heart so we actually visited the aquarium a few times pre-baby. Atlanta used to be a quick weekend getaway for us and we would spend the day walking around the city, catching a Braves game or shopping around at Lenox Mall. We wondered into the aquarium and the World of Coke, rode roller coasters all day at Six Flags, frequented the Hard Rock for nachos and burgers by day and donned our finest for dinner at the Sundial at night.
